Il existe des formes familiales et des formes associ\u00e9es \u00e0 d\u2019autres sympt\u00f4mes.<\/p><p>En fonction de la s\u00e9v\u00e9rit\u00e9 de l\u2019atteinte, la chute de la paupi\u00e8re et plus ou moins importante. En cas de pt\u00f4sis s\u00e9v\u00e8re chez le jeune enfant il y a un risque de mauvais d\u00e9veloppement visuel (amblyopie ).<\/p><p>Le traitement du pt\u00f4sis cong\u00e9nital est chirurgical.<\/p><p>Il sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9 pr\u00e9cocement en cas de retentissement visuel, sous anesth\u00e9sie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. L\u2019op\u00e9ration est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e d\u00e8s que possible sous anesth\u00e9sie locale \u00a0en ambulatoire.<\/p><p>Dans les suites op\u00e9ratoires il existe un \u0153d\u00e8me avec une paupi\u00e8re toujours basse, le r\u00e9sultat commencera \u00e0 \u00eatre visible au 15 \u00e8me jour avec un r\u00e9sultat d\u00e9finitif entre 3 et 6 mois<\/p><p>Un traitement oculaire par des larmes artificielles, et des gels est n\u00e9cessaire pour prot\u00e9ger la corn\u00e9e le temps que la paupi\u00e8re retrouve une bonne mobilit\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cdc7f0b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cdc7f0b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">DEROULEMENT DE L'OPERATION<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0a1903b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0a1903b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Vous vous pr\u00e9senterez \u00e0 votre heure d\u2019admission, celle ci correspond \u00e0 l\u2019accueil par le service administratif de la clinique et non \u00e0 l\u2019heure de l\u2019intervention elle m\u00eame.<\/p><p>La dur\u00e9e\u00a0 de l\u2019intervention est variable suivant le type de pathologie op\u00e9r\u00e9e\u00a0mais en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral environ 30 mn, vous sortirez environ une heure apr\u00e8s la chirurgie.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e2e7044 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e2e7044\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">APRES L'OPERATION<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-439a16d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"439a16d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La chirurgie des paupi\u00e8res n\u2019est pas douloureuse.<\/p><p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral un repos de trois \u00e0 quatre jours \u00e0 la maison est conseill\u00e9, les efforts importants, les activit\u00e9s sportives sont interdits.<\/p><p>Un traitement avec soins infirmiers 10 \u00e0 15 jours et collyres 1 mois est prescrit.
